Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Maintain only one account per PAN, email, and mobile number.
• Complete KYC and payment details for withdrawals.
• Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.

Activation and Packages

Activation requires a package of ₹1250/-. Additional packages may be available for upgrades in the Global Matrix Bonus system.

Earnings and Withdrawals

Earnings include Direct Bonus (₹300/- per referral), Level Bonus, Fast Track Bonus, Global Matrix Bonus, Reward Bonanza, Self Recharge Cash Back, Team Recharge Bonus, and Daily Income.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹200/-.
• TDS: 5% on applicable earnings.
• Admin Charge: 5% on withdrawals.
• Family Security Fund: Eligible after 90 days, providing ₹100 to ₹10,000 per month for up to 10 years.

All earnings are subject to verification and compliance with our policies.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes.
• Create multiple accounts or manipulate the referral system.
• Share misleading information about MyPay.

Termination

We may terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you forfeit any pending earnings.

Limitation of Liability

MyPay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
